Grandstone Trace

Oakes Tree Development secured entitlements, completed engineering, and sold this 162-lot community on the west side of Xenia, Ohio to D.R. Horton (NYSE: DHI). After developing the initial phases in-house, D.R. Horton has engaged Oakes Tree Development to return and develop the final 59 lots of the community, with construction beginning in 2027. A new boulevard helps alleviate through traffic, and the subdivision connects to the City’s bike trail network.
