Oakes Tree Development secured entitlements, completed engineering, and oversaw the development of a 98-townhome community on a 10-acre site in Riverside, Ohio. Located minutes from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, the finished lots were sold to Ryan Homes (NYSE: NVR), bringing much-needed housing to one of the region’s largest employment hubs.
