Oakes Tree Development secured entitlements and completed engineering on the final 60 lots of Wenger Village in Clayton, Ohio, completing construction in 2023. After this last section of the original community sat dormant for nearly 15 years, Oakes Tree Development picked up the project and brought it to completion, with the finished lots sold to D.R. Horton (NYSE: DHI). Located in the Northmont School District just north of I-70, the community is now completely sold out.
